2003 - Allan Rennie is poking around an old workshop in Horsham and discovers a compact V8 engine under a dust sheet..A deal is done and the engine and some spares are delivered to his workshop at his home in West Sussex.

2004 - The engine is stripped and the condition of the parts are assessed..oh dear!

2005 - chassis is acquired after a tip off from Bobby Bell that a suitable chassis was coming up for sale at the Bonhams Monaco sale. The chassis is 2 numbers away from that used in the original F1 car. Over a 4 year period the chassis was completely stripped and sympathetically rebuilt - still has original side panels/tub/bulkheads with build no's still clearly visible.

2005 - 2008 - Engine parts are acquired from Ted Martin and the bulk of the engineering was done making the engine work, rebuilding the chassis and undertaking the engine installation into the chassis.

2008 - 2009 full time 7 days a week for - with the occasional evening off for a much needed therapeutic pint - and the car runs for the first time at the end of March 2009...
